Trelleborg’s General Counsel leaves the Group in 2022
Trelleborg Group’s General Counsel, Charlotta Grähs, has decided to step down from her position to assume a corresponding role at Epiroc. She will leave Trelleborg at the beginning of 2022. With her base at the headquarters in the city of Trelleborg, Sweden, Charlotta Grähs has been Trelleborg’s General Counsel and the Board’s secretary from 2014.
“My decision to leave Trelleborg Group has not been easy. It has been a very intense but rewarding seven years at Trelleborg. However, after an overall assessment, I choose to move on in my professional career to yet another exciting job, located in Stockholm, Sweden,” says Charlotta Grähs, General Counsel of Trelleborg Group.
“I would like to thank Charlotta for the commitment and effort she has put into her work as General Counsel. Her professionalism has strengthened our corporate governance and our work with regulatory compliance, which we will benefit from in the future. I am sorry to see Charlotta leave but I wish her all the best in her new role,” says Peter Nilsson, President and CEO of Trelleborg Group.
A process has been initiated to find a replacement.
