Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) has launched its newest line of deals known as the Elite Deal Series. The Groupon Elite Deal Series is an ongoing collection of luxury items that primarily feature premium-plus pricing. The first deal in the series was $40 for $20 worth of Groupon Bucks. Purchasers will receive $20 in Groupon Bucks for buying any deal amounting to the premium-plus price of $40. This deal will be available only for a limited period though the Bucks will remain valid for further use on Groupon.com.

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISRG) shares hit an all-time high of $522.50 on Tuesday. The stock’s price target was also raised to $525 from $450 at WallachBeth. WallachBeth raised its price target for Intuitive Surgical shares to $525 after the FDA approved the next generation da Vinci system. According to Intuitive Surgical, the Xi will have more extensive capabilities to help doctors with a wide variety of surgical procedures, specifically allowing surgeons to do more complicated surgeries that involve different areas of the body in one procedure.
Intuitive Surgical, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets da Vinci surgical systems, and related instruments and accessories. Its da Vinci surgical system translates a surgeons natural hand movements, which are performed on instrument controls at a console, into corresponding micro-movements of instruments positioned inside the patient through small incisions or ports. The da Vinci surgical system comprise a surgeons console, a patient-side cart, a 3-D vision system, da Vinci skills simulator, and Firefly fluorescence imaging product that enable surgeons to perform various surgical procedures, including gynecologic, urologic, general surgery, cardiothoracic, and head and neck surgical procedures.
