Election of Opcon AB’s Board of Directors

Shareholders representing 47.6 per cent of the votes at the Annual General Meeting of Opcon AB will propose the following candidates for election to the Board of Directors to be held at the AGM on 21 April 2005. The re-election is proposed of Hans Golteus, Sven-Gunnar Oskarsson and Bengt Johnson. It is proposed that Rolf Hasselström and Ulf Ahlén be newly elected. Rolf Hasselström has been the CEO and President of Opcon AB since 1 January 2005. Ulf Ahlén is the CEO of Haldex Traction AB and business area manager of Haldex Traction Systems.
