As authorized by the annual general meeting of shareholders, Opcon’s Board has decided to issue the 30,000,000 new shares at a price of SEK 0.57 per share to Hong Kong Snowman Technology Ltd. The decision follow on the earlier decision to direct a total of 30,000,000 new shares at a price of SEK 0.57 to Hong Kong Snowman Technology Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary to Fuijan Snowman, Co.
