Trimble to address ‘Transforming Service Delivery: The Big Debate’ at upcoming IoD seminar
Trimble is delighted to announce that it will be hosting an exclusive seminar in partnership with the Institute of Directors (IoD) exploring service delivery and the challenges faced by businesses with mobile workforces, striving to deliver effective, efficient service.
The seminar will take place on Thursday 3rdOctober between 4:00pm- 6.30pm. Chaired by the IOD, this interactive session will include a panel of industry experts, comprising of spokespeople from the Institute of Customer Service, Deloitte, Verologik LLP, Akenham and Trimble Field Service Management. The panel will discuss their views while providing insight into what factors affect field service excellence and how to bring transformational change to this complex domain.
