New President of Trio The Board of Directors of Trio AB has today appointed Sverker Hannervall as its new President and CEO. Hannervall will be joining Trio from Telelogic AB, where he was Executive Vice President, as well as a member of the Group management, in charge of Global Marketing and Sales. Before that, he held a number of leading positions at IBM, CODA Nordic and others. As of March 5, 2001, Hannervall will be taking over from the current CEO Anders Berg, who was appointed, as temporary measure, on October 6, 2000. Berg will, as Senior Advisor, continue to work for the company the rest of the year, restructuring Trio. Hannervall is 41 years old and M Sc from the Royal Institute of Technology. He has a broad and long experience from the international software industry; within the fields of marketing, sales and technical development. ". Under Anders Berg 's leadership, Trio has undergone a restructuring process and Trio is now ready to take the next stage towards profitability and business expansion. Hannervall is a very powerful addition to Trio and will use his industrial expertise to lead Trio in the direction of the profitability and growth goals set up by the Board.
