Trio AB appoints acting Chief Financial Officer

Trio AB appoints acting Chief Financial Officer Trio AB today appointed Lars Gärde as acting Chief Financial Officer. He will occupy the position until a permanent CFO has been recruited. Lars Gärde joins the company from Svensk Byggtjänst (the Swedish Building Centre) where he was Managing Director. He will be assuming responsibility for Trio's financial, administrative and human resources matters as well as Investor Relations. He will report directly to the President.
