Trio AB´s Annual General Meeting At today´s Annual General Meeting of Trio AB (publ), Ion Bogdaneris and Olof Englund were re-elected as Board Members and Thor Sandvik became a new Member of the Board. Thor Sandvik was born in 1963 and is currently the administrative director of Kistefos Principal Equity. Former Board Members Ulf J. Johansson and Timo Rosenlöf declined re-election.
