Trio appoints new manager at Operator Solutions

Trio appoints new manager at Operator Solutions Magnus Håkansson has joined Trio as Vice President in charge of the Trio AB's Operator Solutions business area. He will also be part of Trio's corporate management. Magnus Håkansson comes from Telelogic AB, where he was Vice President in charge of the Global Key Account Management concept. He helped build up global business operations, dealing with leading telecom systems suppliers. Before this, he held management positions at Hamamatsu Photonics KK (which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange), IBM and Raychem Corp. Operator Solutions develops and sells Trio's system solutions to mobile operators for the "Mobile Office Solutions" service. The solutions are installed in the operators' networks. The target group consists of corporate customers who are enabled to choose - either to use only mobile telephones, which allows the transition to be made gradually, thereby capitalising on existing telephony investments, - or to integrate their existing fixed telephony systems with IP and mobile telephony. The "Mobile Office Solutions" service offers full switch functionality including call forwarding, message handling and a dynamic company directory, enhancing internal efficiency and raising the standard of companies' customer service.
