Trio signs agreement with Sparbanken Finn Trio's subsidiary Objecta has signed an agreement with Sparbanken Finn for a contact center to increase the service level towards their customers. The Order strengthens Trio's position as a leading supplier of systems for voice response and contact center to Swedish banks. Sparbanken Finn is the largest saving bank in Sweden and one of the few independent regional banks in the country. Sparbanken Finn expands, and has built a modern IT-support over the year. One step in this process is that the bank has signed an order for Objecta's contact center TeleVoice Agent. "This system helps us to direct incoming calls, fax, and e-mail to employees with the right competence. We will offer our 150 000 customers personnel service during weekdays between 8 - 21. The bank customer will be able to complete the majority of transitions e.g. share business, loans, funds and insurances, through this system", says Lennart Malmbjer, Manager for Region Support. Sparbanken Finn runs Objecta's voice response system, Objecta TeleVoice IVR for their telephone banking services, since earlier. The system handles 200 000 calls a month and is open 24 hour a day. All the services in the bank's contact center FinnDirekt will be available on the same telephone number. The customer calls the bank and can choose to do his errands himself or to get service directly through some of the 40 persons that work at FinnDirekt.
