Trio signs order of approximately SEK 3 million with FöreningsSparbanken Trio continues to strengthen its position on the Swedish market for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems within the bank and finance sector by signing an agreement with FöreningsSparbanken worth approximately SEK 3 million. The order involves an upgrade of FöreningsSparbanken's current IVR system, while at the same time increasing the capacity of the "TeleBank" service. The system is based on the TeleVoice CTI server that FöreningsSparbanken has used since 1984. "Today we have more than 2 million customers connected to "TeleBank". Each year more than 51 million calls are handled through our IVR service for self-service and personal service.
