Trio signs six agreements worth a total of SEK 6 million Trio has signed six agreements in the Nordic region for Trio PresentOffice, the market's leading switch-independent solution for call handling and convergence between fixed, mobile and IP telephony. The initial total order value is SEK 6 million. The orders were obtained in collaboration with Trio's partners in each country. Den Norske Bank is connecting its offices in Norway into one single shared telephony system. By using the Trio PresentOffice call and message handling system and its dynamic corporate directory, all telephony attendants will have access to information about where the employees in Norway are at any given time and can connect calls to all of them. The agreement covers 12,000 licences. Bang & Olufsen. The agreement covers 5,000 licences for Bang & Olufsen's head office in Jutland. The focus is on value added call handling and interactive voice response to enhance reachability and customer service levels. KPMG in Denmark has signed an agreement for all its establishments nationwide. The agreement covers interactive voice response and unified message handling, among other things, and includes 2,500 licences. Ernst & Young in Stockholm has extended the order it signed in the spring of 2001 for Trio Mobile Extensions for the Ericsson MD 110 switch. 700 new licences will give the same number of employees access to messaging services and advanced call handling for their mobile phones. Kristianstad University has signed an agreement for a convergence solution that will integrate its traditional fixed telephony based on Ericsson's MD 110 switch with Cisco's IP telephony switch. The agreement covers 500 licences. The University of Södertörn has signed an agreement for a streamlined IP solution covering 1,000 licences. The university is replacing its traditional fixed telephony with Cisco's IP telephony and Trio PresentOffice will provide top-level services and telephony functionality.
