In Safe Hands with Triteq

Triteq Innovations are a successful design consultancy, differentiating ourselves by having an in-house manufacturing facility.  This team specializes in fast, quality assembly of prototype PCB’s and low volume builds of equipment.

There are two vital components to our work, the assembly of the product and of equal importance and value is the option to provide a comprehensive documentation pack detailing the production build.

We are used to assembling prototype and pre-production builds to engineering documents rather than a full production release.  One of the benefits we provide is that there are any issues with the original engineering documents, we can identify the root cause of the error and report back to the client with a recommended solution.

Our assembly process normally begins with information from our clients on their specific build requirements.  From this we compile a set of parts and a kit book, which will normally include assembly instructions and where appropriate schematics. The kit then moves directly into our production department, where individual component inspection is carried out prior to placement on the client’s board.  Each of our assembly technicians has been trained to read schematics and can cross check this with the Bill of Materials and kit book component.

At every stage of our work we inspect and test, to ensure the highest level of output. We test against the customer’s documents and specifications and to our own rigorous control systems. For example, each component is measured and checked before placement.  This will produce cost benefits, by potentially saving expensive design engineering time, because they will only be looking for design issues when testing the assembled board and providing an assurance that they will not be looking for possible assembly errors.

Similarly we will produce a report on the assembly process detailing any issues, for example PCB footprint errors or component clashes.

With the completion and delivery of the PCB build, Triteq will also provide a complete kit book, bespoke stencil and a bare PCB board for engineering use.

The key to our successful delivery and high standard of workmanship is the rigorous inspection processes we put in place and the expertise and standard of our manufacturing technicians.

Our clients fully appreciate that there is always a need to prototype boards before committing to on-going manufacture and they value the high standard of work which we are committed to providing.
