Triton College workshop Snowbotics to encourage creativity, engineering technology among youth

It may be cold outside but the temperature will be heating up indoors at Triton College during a soldering workshop for youth on Saturdays, Nov. 10 and Dec. 8. Snowbotics is an innovative, hands-on workshop open to youth ages 8 to 14 that allows them to learn about and experience the engineering technology field first-hand. Students will create their own soldering electronics project in Triton’s fabrication laboratory with guidance from instructors and students of Triton’s Engineering Technology program as well as students from Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy’s Monty Pythons
