Triton has signed an agreement to acquire univativ
Frankfurt / Darmstadt (Germany), 27 June 2017 – An affiliate of Triton Partners ("Triton") has signed an agreement to acquire univativ Group (“univativ”), a leading German provider of specialized personnel services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval in relevant jurisdictions and is expected to close following receipt of those approvals.
