The merger between Troax Group and Troax Corp with Troax Group as surviving entity has been completed

The merger between Troax Group AB (publ) (”Troax Group”) and Troax Corp AB (publ) (”Troax Corp”) with Troax Group as surviving entity has been completed. Through the merger, Troax Corp has been assumed by Troax Group. 


The merger

On 14 September 2015 the Swedish Companies Registration Office registered the merger of Troax Corp into Troax Group and the merger is hence effective as of 14 September 2015.

Through the registration of the merger with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Troax Corp has been dissolved and all of its assets and liabilities, including Troax Corp’s outstanding bond loan with a nominal amount of maximum EUR 100,000,000 have been assumed by Troax Group.
