Troax AB acquires ABBs Quick-Guard® fencing system

Troax AB, which is a part of the Troax Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire assets relating to ABBs Quick-Guard® fencing system.

The combination of Troax market leading solutions and Quick-Guard gives us the possibility to offer a more complete solution to customers that requires the different attributes each solution offers”, says Thomas Widstrand, President and CEO of Troax Group.  

The acquisition will be financed within Troax’s existing cash. The transaction was signed on the 30th of April and is expected to close by the 1st of July, 2021. Troax and ABB will work together closely to ensure a transition that is as smooth as possible. 

The acquisition is not expected to materially affect Troax earning per share or net debt / EBITDA.
