Troax acquires leading supplier of ’self storage’
Troax AB, which is part of the Troax Group AB, acquires all shares in Lagermix Rullportar AB as of 1 October 2015, with an estimated annual turnover of approximately 10 MSEK.
Lagermix Rullportar (www.lagermixrullportar.se delivers complete solutions for installations of rental storage. These solutions includes complete ’self-storage’ interiors or storage areas for rental or storage buildings.
Lagermix Rullportar have its seat in Falkenberg, Sweden, but delivers and installs all over Sweden and other Nordic countries.
Troax is increasing its focus on the concept ‘self-storage’ and this acquisition should be seen as a step in this development. “This is an important step in increasing the Troax offering to the growing segment of ‘self-storage”, comments Thomas Widstrand, CEO of Troax Group AB.
There will be no or only marginal impact on the profit per share in Troax Group AB.
The company will be integrated in Troax organization and will be given new possibilities for growth outside of Sweden, the main market for Lagermix Rullportar so far.
The founder Jens Pedersen will continue to be active in the company and give the customers the same excellent service like before. “It will be, by this acquisition, easier for me to concentrate even more on customers and on new markets, which I am looking forward to”, concludes Jens Pedersen, founder of Lagermix Rullportar.
