Troax Group AB (publ) sets the record date for the share split to June 19, 2019

On May 14, 2019, the Annual General Meeting of Troax Group AB (publ) decided to increase the total number of shares in the company through a share split 3:1, where each share is divided into three shares of the same share class. The record date would be announced later but wasexpected to fall during June 2019.
It is now decided that the record date for the share split should be Wednesday, June 19, 2019, which means that the last trading day of the share before the split is Monday, June 17, 2019 and the first trading day of the share after the split is Tuesday, June 18, 2019. The effects of the share split are reflected in the share price from June 18, 2019.
Due to the share split, the company's shares will change ISIN codes on June 18, 2019. The new ISIN codes are SE0012729366 for Troax Group AB's A-share. Shares received in the share split are expected to be registered on the shareholder's securities account on 20 June 2019.
The share split takes place automatically via Euroclear Sweden AB and the shareholders do not have to take any action. After the share split, the total number of shares in the company amounts to 60,000,000, of which all shares are A shares.
