The company's ordinary annual general meeting was held on 23. March 2022, 17:00, at the company's office located at Mikkel Bryggers Gade 4, 1460 Copenhagen K, as stated in the notice of the meeting.
The Agenda was as follows:
1) Election of the chairman of the meeting
2) Report from the Board of Directors on the activities of the Company during the past year
3) Presentation of the audited annual report for adoption
4) Resolution on the allocation of profit or the treatment of loss according to the approved annual report
5) Election of members to the Board of Directors
6) Election of a state authorized public accountant
7) Any other business

Re. 1
Henning Aasmul-Olsen, attorney-at-law, was appointed chairman of the meeting.
The chairman of the meeting noted that out of a total of 552,000.00 share capital 314,051.68 were represented and out of a total of 27,600,000 voting rights 15,702,584 were represented – either in person or by a power of attorney. The chairman further stated that the annual general meeting was duly summoned.

The chairman of the board of directors submitted its report on the company’s operations from 1. January 2021 to 31. December 2021. The shareholders took note of the report without objections.
Re. 3
The company’s annual report for the period from 1. January 2021 to 31. December 2021 was presented together with a resolution for its adoption.
The resolution was adopted unanimously and by all votes represented.
Re. 4
The annual report showed that the loss for the year amounted to DKK 920t. The board of directors proposed that the loss for 2021 be transferred to retained earnings.

Re. 5
The Board proposed to re-elect the current chairman Jan Lehrmann, Rene Eghammer, Pernille Nørkær, Søren Gleie and Daniel Luun as members of the board of directors.
The resolution was adopted unanimously and by all votes represented.
Re. 6
A resolution was proposed to re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab as auditor of the company.
The resolution was adopted unanimously and by all votes represented.
Re. 7
There was no further business to be transacted.
The annual general meeting was concluded.

About Trophy Games
Trophy Games is an innovative, Denmark-based game studio who develops and publishes mobile and PC games. Trophy Games acquired 100% of Xombat ApS in April 2021, who’s major title Airline Manager 4 is live. Trophy Games has announced that a new title called Shipping Manager will be released in 2022.
Trophy Games announced in December 2021 they have also acquired 100% ownership of Tiny Titan Studios, who has made the arcade game title Tiny Rails.
With the vision of becoming the world’s leading strategy game studio, the Company has throughout the years strived to provide endless entertainment and challenging gameplay for all users, following its mission; “we create games, we want to play ourselves”.
Since its inception, the Company has developed exponentially and has grown significantly in both staffing, game portfolio and number of users, and naturally revenue.
Trophy Games is currently a team of 40 FTEs of which 33 FTEs is our great team of game developers.
