Trophy Games Appoints Theis Barenkopf Dinesen as COO

Trophy Games has added Theis Barenkopf Dinesen to the executive management. Theis is stepping into the COO-role from a 10 month interim position as Organizational Progress and Collaboration Manager at Trophy Games. 

Trophy Games Development’s CEO, Søren Gleie, comments:

“We hired Theis last year to streamline the organization and work methods, to additionally be the link between a growing and fast moving organization whilst still keeping an agile work approach and strong company culture.

During this time Theis has proven highly capable of developing and streamlining the whole operation, with the addition of setting the organization up for the continous growth we expect in the coming years. As a result, this step into the COO position is a natural progression for this work.”

Theis has 25 years of professional experience in the digital and games production world. He graduated as a Multimedia Designer from Space Invaders in 1998. Theis has a Master in Design Futures from Goldsmiths College, University of London, in 2002 and a Postgraduate Certificate of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University 2012.

Trophy Games and Theis have a history dating back to 2014 up until 2017 where Theis was a product development consultant. Theis’ career in game production management has seen him in central positions in companies such as the Danish Ministry of Culture and LEGO.
