Change of number of shares and share capital in Truecaller AB (publ)
The number of shares and the share capital in Truecaller AB (publ) (“Truecaller”) has changed during August 2022 as a result of the issue of C-shares to secure the company’s commitments under share program 2022 (as part of the incentive program LTIP 2022). The class C shares will be converted to ordinary shares of series B in connection with the delivery of ordinary shares of series B under share program 2022. All shares have been repurchased by the Company.
As of 31 August 2022, the number of shares in Truecaller amounts to 379,059,710, of which 46,783,800 ordinary shares class A with 10 votes per share and 327,175,910 ordinary shares class B with 1 vote per share and 5,100,000 C-shares. The share capital has increased by SEK 10,200, from SEK 747,919.42 to SEK 758,119.42
