Cairo, Egypt — Commercial International Bank (CIB), the largest private sector bank in Egypt, announced a new partnership with Truecaller for Business, a global platform for verifying contacts and blocking unwanted communication, to bring trust and safety to customer communication.

Truecaller, the leading global platform for verifying contacts and blocking unwanted communication, is pleased to announce a new commercial partnership with Commercial International Bank of Egypt (“CIB”), the largest private sector bank in Egypt. The partnership aims to establish safety and trust with CIB’s customers through Truecaller’s verification technology and is in line with CIB’s commitment to providing secure high-quality services to its customers and protecting their data.

Truecaller is proud to announce that the largest private bank in Egypt is now a customer of Truecaller for Business, a service that supports companies all over the world to connect with their customers in an efficient and reliable way and integrate into our product. When receiving a call from CIB, customers will be able to ensure that they are indeed receiving a call from the bank when CIB’s brand logo and name appear on their smartphone screen alongside the verified badge icon. This will ensure that CIB customers do not miss important calls or messages and will help consumers identify fraudulent entities and scammers. Being a customer of Truecaller for Business enables companies to connect with their customers and creates trust on both sides.
