Truecallers Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2025

The following representatives of Truecaller AB´s largest shareholders as of 30 September 2024, will together with the board representative Alan Mamedi, form the nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting 2025.

• Kamjar Hajabdolahi, appointed by Nami Zarringhalam
• Sven Törnkvist, appointed by Alan Mamedi
• Mattias Lampe, appointed by Peak XV (former Sequoia Capital)

The Annual General Meeting of Truecaller AB will be held on May 23, 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee can do so by sending an email to investors@truecaller.com, no later than January 31, 2025.
