TrustLink appoints new Members of the Board

TrustLink appoints new Members of the Board TrustLink (UK) Ltd, the holding company of the TrustLink Group, today announced that two representatives of Ericsson (ERICY), the leading communications supplier, have been appointed to its Board of Directors in connection with Ericsson's acquisition of 25 % of the votes and capital of the company. TrustLink is a rapidly growing international developer of wireless Internet applications for corporate usage. TrustLink employs a staff of 70 working out of offices in Stockholm and Moscow. The two new Board Members to represent Ericsson are: Mr. Per Olof Sjöstedt, 47, President of Ericsson Russia Mr. Staffan Pehrson, 31, General Manager, Product Area Mobile Internet Enablers at Ericsson, and Board Member of WAP Forum. Mr. Åke Dovärn, Chairman of Enea Data and OSE Systems, has previously been appointed as Member of the Board of TrustLink.
