Recognition Honors Top 10% of Businesses on World’s Largest Travel Site

The Benjamin, a luxury boutique hotel ideally located on 50th  Street and Lexington Avenue in New York City, is proud to be a recipient of the TripAdvisor® 2013 Certificate of Excellence.  Now in its third year, the world's largest travel site* takes this annual opportunity to celebrates hospitality excellence with a recognition given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews, with noteworthy praise and positive comments, on TripAdvisor. Winners of the Certificate of Excellence represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website, with only the top 10 percent receiving the prestigious award.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
