Grippy steers towards TyreSafe
Mobile tyre fitting service Grippy.co.uk is the newest member of the UK’s leading tyre safety organisation TyreSafe.
With a Head Office based in Milton Keynes and distribution centres in; Swindon, Worcester, Nottingham, Harlow and Redhill, Grippy serves drivers across the country. As a new member Grippy.co.uk will now boost its service offering and tyre safety activities with on-going support and resources from the not-for-profit organisation.
In particular, the tyre retailer, which promises to fit customers’ tyres at their complete convenience, will benefit from early campaign awareness, enabling it to integrate and co-ordinate the safety message within its own marketing activities.
Stuart Jackson, chairman, TyreSafe, said: “This is great news for car owners in and around Milton Keynes and across the country who will now benefit from an even higher level of tyre safety advice when they have one of the friendly mobile tyre fitters from Grippy come to their premises.

Through active involvement from its members, TyreSafe has made a huge impact on tyre safety in the UK since it started in 2006. Figures show that the number of people killed or seriously injured in a tyre related accident has been reduced by 30 per cent in those seven years.
