Notification from Major Shareholder

In pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, please be informed that on 26 March 2021, UIE Plc. received information that Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest decreased its shareholding of shares in the company.

Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest subsequently holds 168,151 shares indirectly, corresponding to 4.99% of the total issued shares in UIE Plc.
