In pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, please be informed that on 18 June 2021, UIE Plc. received information that Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest increased its shareholding of shares in the company.

Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest subsequently holds 198,974 shares, corresponding to 5.90% of the total issued shares in UIE Plc.
