In pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, please be informed that on 4 January 2023, UIE Plc. received information that Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest decreased its shareholding of shares in the company.

Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest subsequently holds 1,528,630 shares, corresponding to 4.74% of the total issued shares in UIE Plc.
