Notification of UIE's Home Member State

In accordance with section 23 of the Danish Capital Market Act, please be informed that UIE Plc. ("UIE") has chosen Denmark as its home member state in relation to the provisions of the Capital Markets Act.

UIE’s country of domicile for corporate purposes is in Malta.
