Great Customer Service and Mobile Switchovers ‘Invaluable’ to Cambridge-Based Company

Manchester, UK. - With many businesses now looking for better deals and customer service, switching to smaller telecoms suppliers can be the answer.

Staying in touch with clients is vital to corporate driving firm Chauffeurs Connect.

And the Cambridge-based firm says working with telecoms provider Unicom has helped them do just that - fuelling their ongoing success.

As they explain, a combination of great customer care and a landline to mobile divert feature*, has allowed them to offer clients a top-level service - and made it possible for them to continue to grow their business.

The family-run firm, which provides luxury airport transfers and other driving services to 100 clients all over the UK, says Unicom has helped them develop a reputation as a reliable market leader.

Manager, Mandy Warren, 55, says: “The service we receive from Unicom has proved invaluable and helped us provide the extremely high level of service our clients expect.

“We work with a wide range of business clients - drawn from a mixture of blue chip companies - doing airport collections and transfers to meetings.

“As you can imagine, communication is essential to what we do. If you’re flying in from abroad you need to know that the number you have, your point of contact in the UK, works - regardless of what time it is.

“Thanks to Unicom our clients can be sure that are always available, always at the end of the phone, on our main number.

As Mandy, who has been running the business with driver husband, Peter, 58, since April explains, they need to be contactable 24/7.

“If we’re not in the office we divert the landline to our mobiles,” she explains.

“For some businesses that might happen at the weekend - for us it’s an everyday occurrence. We are never off duty so the plan we have with Unicom, which offers that service, is very important and keeps costs low.

“The phones are important for us to keep in contact with our drivers out on the road too. We need to be able to speak to them at all times and our customers are all given the office number.

“Continuity of service is another essential. We need to be reliable, to never be ‘uncontactable’ so fast, responsive customer care is something else we appreciate.”
