New office allows international trip support provider to deliver local support to clients and partners in the Americas

For Immediate Release: October 17, 2013 (Houston, TX) – UAS (United Aviation Services), a leading international trip support provider, recently opened their Americas headquarters in Houston, Texas. The new office is part of a strategic initiative on the part of the industry leader to offer direct, more localized support to their clients and partners around the globe. 

“Since we launched the new Houston location in September, we have been busy hiring and training a knowledgeable staff and implementing new technologies that will enhance the customer service experience we can deliver, particularly in the Americas,” says Jay Husary, Senior Director of Operations & Sales, who led the expansion into the new regional headquarters. “We are constantly looking for new technology that will make our clients’ lives easier. Our new fully web-based trip management system, TMS, is the first of many exciting technologies that we will be rolling out in the near future,” he added.

UAS will be showing demos of the TMS system in their booth, C8518, at the Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas, October 22-24.

Local Touch

Like their 24/7 operations center in Dubai, UAS now provides around-the-clock expert support to customers in the Americas out of Houston. Clients in the US will be able to receive international trip support or inquire about services by a domestic phone call or email, enjoying the same type of localized, exclusive and personal service that UAS has been providing for more than 13 years.

Day-to-day operations and management of the Americas Headquarters will be under the direction of industry veteran Ryan Frankhouser, who recently joined the company as Director of Business Development, Americas, after nearly a decade with powerhouse ARINC Direct. “With more than 40 staff members boasting over 300 years worth of combined aviation industry experience, we aim to give every customer our undivided attention and the benefit of our years of insight serving business aviation,” notes Frankhouser. “Every member of our US operations staff has at least five years of international trip planning experience, with the vast majority possessing 10-15 years or more of tenure. Our team is comprised of subject matter experts who all share in the core values of UAS: offering seamless global solutions and the best customer experience in the industry.” 

The new US location provides international trip planning and support services to corporate flight operators, charter operators, and private VIP clients. Services offered include:
