For Immediate Release: August 7, 2013 (Dubai, UAE) – United Aviation Services (UAS), a leading international trip support provider, announces the forthcoming opening of their American headquarters in Houston, Texas, USA. The new office is part of a strategic initiative on the part of the industry leader to provide the same high level of local services and support across four continents to all customers.

“Our new Houston location will allow us to better serve our growing customer base in the Americas, particularly in North America,” said Jay Husary, Senior Director of Operations & Sales, who will lead the American headquarters. “With the US economy recovering and sustained economic growth across Latin America, especially Brazil and Mexico, customers are flying more and we are seeing an increased demand for our services. While the level of service we provide from Dubai is outstanding, we believe this new office will greatly improve the customer service and quality we can provide through local coordination to our clients in this region,” he added.

Local Advantages

Like their 24/7 operations center in Dubai, UAS will provide around-the-clock expert support to customers in the Americas out of their new Houston office. Clients in the US will be able to receive international trip support or inquire about services by a domestic phone call or email, enjoying the same type of localized, exclusive and personal service that UAS has been providing for over a decade.

The new American headquarters will also make it easier for UAS to serve customers in nearby time zones in Canada, South and Central America and the Caribbean, positioning the company to better deliver to these important markets. At this year’s NBAA International Operators Conference held in San Diego, California, Jay Husary moderated a panel on the future of the aviation sector in the Caribbean and Mexico. “Jay Husary relayed the importance of this region and the complexity involved in operating into and over various countries in Central and South America,” said Mohammed Husary, UAS Co-Owner and Executive President. “Our new location will bring us closer to the action and allow us to serve the Americas more directly,” he added.

The new US facility, which will launch concurrently with this year’s NBAA Annual Convention & Exhibition in late October, will provide international trip planning and support services to corporate flight operators, charter operators and private VIP clients. Services to be offered will include:

  • Global flight planning and weather services
  • Quality ground handling services
  • Short-notice overflight and landing permits
  • Pre-arranged fuel services
  • Crew and VIP airport and ground assistance
  • Luxury hotel accommodation and transportation arrangement
  • Exclusive airport meet-and-assist services
  • Gourmet catering services

UAS invites you to come and meet the members of the new North American team at booth number 1001 at LABACE 2013.
