CORRECTION: ACQUISITION OF OWN SHARES OF UNITED BANKERS PLC

 

Correction: Starting from 8 March 2024, the stock exchange releases of United Bankers Plc (the company) relating to the acquisition of own shares of the company have contained incorrect information on the number of own shares held by the company. The correct numbers have been 100 shares higher than the previously announced numbers. The correct numbers of own shares held by the company are as follows:

 

19 826 shares on 8 March 2024

19 968 shares on 11 March 2024

20 428 shares on 12 March 2024

20 878 shares on 13 March 2024

20 878 shares on 15 March 2024
