Free, three-day event includes opportunities to interact with filmmakers(March 31, 2015) The Southeastern Film Festival (SEFF), sponsored by the University of North Georgia (UNG), will bring 80 films to Dahlonega, Georgia, April 10-12 in a free event to recognize international and American independent cinema.
