Qilian Liang, the electrical engineering professor, received a three-year, $470,000 National Science Foundation grant that creates and implements a plan that researches spectrum-sharing technologies. “In the wireless network industry, bandwidth is everything,” said Liang, who has been at UT Arlington since 2002. “The
