Johan Falk new Chairman of the Board of Directors for Uniwater
Uniwater has appointed Johan Falk, CEO of Asker Health Care Group, as new Chairman of the Board. The addition strengthens Uniwater's Board of Directors with international experience and contributes to the Group's continued development as a leading group of water infrastructure specialists.
The new Chairman of the Board Johan Falk will start his new assignment in connection with Uniwater's Annual General Meeting 2026. He succeeds Per Sjöstrand, who has served as Chairman since 2021 and will continue to contribute as a member of the board.
