Uniwater Acquires Avvatech – Strengthens Presence in Southern Sweden in Water Treatment

Uniwater, one of the Nordic region's leading groups in water and waste water infrastructure, acquires Avvatech based in Malmö. With this acquisition, Uniwater strengthens its position and expertise in water treatment and expands its presence in southern Sweden.

Avvatech was founded in 2007 and is an established player in water and environmental technology. The company is based in Malmö, and its eleven employees deliver reliable and efficient solutions in water and wastewater treatment.

This strategic acquisition is an important step for Uniwater's ambitions to grow geographically and strengthen its market presence in water treatment and process expertise," says Carl Berglund, Business Area Manager for Uniwater Water Treatment.

The acquisition of Avvatech enhances the geographical reach of Uniwater's business area Water Treatment, which already include Aquasvea, Elva Processautomation, and Emendo.
