Camanio Care AB (publ) has decided to invest SEK 3.2 million in Brighter's share issue

Camanio Care AB (publ) (which intends to change its name and business focus) has decided to invest SEK 3.2 million in Brighter AB's ongoing share issue.

Camanio Care AB divested its welfare technology business to Brighter in October and was paid with 1,597,744 shares in Brighter. Brighter is now conducting a rights issue where Camanio Care decided to subscribe for 1 597 744 new shares for SEK 2 each. The cash balance amounts to SEK 3,195,488 to be paid on January 3.
