Camanio Care’s rights issue is successfully closed
Camanio Care AB has now closed the rights issue and oversubscription issue. The rights issue was fully subscribed with 100 % by 5,2 million SEK, and another 1,0 million SEK was subscribed to in the oversubscription rights issue. Through these rights issues the company acquired a total of 4,9 million SEK in cash and the remaining 1,2 million SEK by an offset.

The capital will be used to continue our successful commercialization of digital care technology that helps elderly to receive quality care at home, says Catharina Borgenstierna, CEO Camanio Care AB.
The offset concerns refunding of shareholder’s contributions (741 751 SEK) as well as part of the purchase price for the acquisition of Vital Integration AB (500 000 SEK). Costs of the rights issue is estimated to 0,2 million SEK.
In total 3 596 840 new shares and 899 210 new warrants is issued through the complete rights issue. After the registration of the issue, the company has in total 20 271 379 shares, 2 431 980 warrants and 1,350,000 staff warrants. All shares are common shares. The company has no other outstanding convertible debt.
