NATIONAL ASSOC. OF CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEYS NAMES JONATHAN FRUTKIN AZ ADVOCATE LEADER

PHOENIX, AZ, NOV. 1, 2011 – Consumers statewide nowhave access to a new mouthpiece in the form of The Frutkin Law Firm’s Jonathan Frutkin.

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) has selected Frutkin “Arizona Advocate Leader,” an unpaid position that enables him to advocate and lobby on behalf of consumers throughout the state. Additionally, Frutkin will serve as a liaison between consumers, policymakers, state legislators and members of Congress in an effort to further the goals and objectives of NACBA and its members.

“I’m honored to be given this new platform that enables me to voice the Arizona consumer’s perspective,” said Frutkin, a member of the Bar Association in both Arizona and the District of Columbia and the founder of The Frutkin Law Firm, PLC, which focuses primarily on business and consumer law. “It is my hope that through this position, I will be able to speak on behalf of Arizonans needing bankruptcy and other forms of financial assistance. I am available to help elected and appointed officials pinpoint ways to help consumers in Arizona facing terrible financial distress.”
