(UPM, Helsinki, 22 December 2015 at 18:00 EET) - UPM has sold its 10.6% SMARTRAC share to OEP Technologie Holding B.V.

UPM became an indirect shareholder of SMARTRAC when selling its RFID business to SMARTRAC in 2012.
