Uros Ltd today announced the launch of the Goodspeed Traveller’s Mobile Hotspot, which provides seamless and low cost Internet connectivity while travelling thereby minimising data roaming charges.
Goodspeed, a multi-country personal hotspot, uses the mobile network of the country travelled to and provides practically unlimited, high speed mobile Internet on-the-go to users who want easy access to the Internet while travelling abroad.
Ease of usage and destination availability
The device is delivered pre-installed with roaming access readily available to select countries such as Germany and United Kingdom, with additional pre-installed configurations available later on this year. Additional countries can be ordered from www.uros.com prior to travelling and the 10 SIM card device allows the flexibility to load up to 9 different destination countries at the same time. Currently, the new service is available in major European countries including Germany, UK and Italy with plans to expand to US and Asia by late 2012/early 2013.
Goodspeed has been optimised for frequent travellers and is hassle-free and easy to use; the Goodspeed service handles payments of day passes for visited destination countries securely via credit card and the device updates itself automatically and does not require any additional software or manual configuration updates. It connects seamlessly to a local cellular network whilst travelling thereby eliminating the need for time consuming setups required for most connections.

The Goodspeed multi-country personal hotspot provides reliable, secure and high speed Internet with maximum speed of up to 21 Mbps; it also features the option to create a private wi-fi network which can connect up to five different devices including tablets, smart phones and laptops to the internet.
Pricing and availability
Available on Amazon and offering expedited delivery, the Goodspeed personal hotspot is priced at £219.
The Goodspeed service which includes automatic updates, account statements and destination management is priced at a monthly fee of €9.90.
The Destination Fee, which is the fixed daily fee for accessing practically unlimited Internet while travelling, starts from €5.90 per day and is only charged when you access the Internet.
