Interim Report January 1 - June 30, 2001 Significant events during the second quarter and until the report date * Demand for Utfors's "IP-Port" service remained considerable, bringing the total number of contracted access points at June 30, 2001 to 996, of which 467 were added during the quarter. * Additional significant orders for IP-Ports have been secured - with such customers as Deloitte & Touche, Elanders, Eterra (Merkantildata), Expressen, PNB, Riksbyggen, SAAB, SBAB and SEKO. * Net sales during the second quarter amounted to SEK 102.1 M, an increase of 40.0% compared with the year-earlier period. * EBITDA (operating loss plus depreciation and write-downs) during the second quarter amounted to SEK -92.4 M (profit: 5.4). EBITDA excluding result from network sales during the second quarter amounted to SEK -95.1 (-47.7). * Utfors expanded the syndicated credit facility to SEK 950 M. * In all essential respects, the network construction phase has been completed.
