Utfors AB (publ) has successfully completed a private new issue worth SEK 450 million Utfors AB has successfully completed a private new issue of 1,500,000 shares to Swedish and international institutional investors. Furthermore, D. Carnegie AB, the company's financial consultant, has been given a 30- day assignment option for another 200,000 shares. The issue price has been set to SEK 265 per share. The issuance strengthens Utfors' capital base by SEK 397.5 million before issuance costs. If the assignment option is exercised, the company's capital base will be increased by SEK 450.5 before issuance costs. To facilitate the issuance of shares to the investors in the new issue, the company's main stockholders, Norsk Vekst and Litorina Kapital, have loaned the necessary number of shares. If the assignment option is exercised, the new shares will amount to 5.0 percent of the total number of outstanding shares after the new issue. The liquidity resulting from the new issue will be used to finance the company's continued expansion in the Nordic countries.
