Press release: Utfors carries out a new share issue in the amount of SEK 743 million and will be listed on the O-list. Utfors has carried out a new share issue providing the company with SEK 743 million before issue expenses. The new share issue, which comprises 9,288,500 shares, is aimed at a select number of Swedish and international institutional investors and the issue price is set at SEK 80 per share. Funds raised by the issue are intended for the completion of Utfors' Nordic broadband network in accordance with decisions taken to this effect, the development of the company's range of services and the marketing of Utfors' broadband services to corporate customers in Sweden and the Nordic capitals. Utfors' shares have been listed on the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange's Nya Marknaden (New Market) since 25 April 2000, with Carnegie as a sponsor. In order to promote effective trading in Utfors' shares, the company has applied to be listed on the O list of the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange. The listing prospectus is planned to be published around 6 December 2000 and the first day of listing is scheduled for 11 December 2000. D.
