Utfors completes loan syndication. Utfors' financing now in place for future expansion. A six-year Senior Secured Credit Facility for SEK 950 million was signed on 11 July 2001. The loan replaces the previous syndicated credit facility and provides the group with a financial base for its future expansion. JP Morgan has arranged the loan syndication.
