By releasing a new free update of the app for the iPad-based control system Väderstad E-Control, Väderstad increases the user experience in the field. Now, the farmer can find and download manuals, spare part documentation and QuickStart movies integrated in the control system.

- To always have updated guides, manuals and instructional movies available when needed at the machine in the field, is a great support for the farmer, says Mattias Hovnert, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing, at Väderstad, and continues:

- Whether it comes to calibration of the machine, connecting to the tractor, or setting up ISOBUS Task Controller, the QuickStart movies supports the farmer when needed in the field. In addition to this, the portal also allows the farmer to collect digital manuals and documentation directly in the control system of the machine.

The documents and QuickStart movies are be available through a new portal integrated in the iPad-based control system Väderstad E-Control. When downloading a document or media, it will be stored in the Väderstad E-Control app. This makes it possible for the farmer to access it when working offline in the field.

In the app, the farmer can find available documentation for the full Väderstad range - from current machinery, all the way back to the first machines in 1962. The new integrated portal is available by a free software update of the Väderstad E-Control released app, released on Apple App Store in the end of April 2020.
