VARTA Microbattery will present rechargeable and primary batteries for the most demanding requirements at the Wearable Technologies Show of MEDICA 2013 from November 20th till November 23rd in hall 15, booth C05 in Düsseldorf. The product portfolio includes special power pack solutions which can be inserted into medical products.
The MEDICA exhibition is known as the world's biggest event for the medical sector. The WT Show presents the latest technologies from the Wearable Technologies field. VARTA Microbattery will use this platform to present attractive battery solutions which are can also be used in portable medical devices such as insulin pumps or mobile patient monitoring.
Due to the aging society of the western world, portable medical devices become necessary to secure the infrastructure of elder people’s social lives. Mobile equipment allows those people concerned to continue to participate actively in social life. The technology leader VARTA Microbattery will present battery solutions which are needed to ensure the reliability of portable technologies in the medical field.
